Judge P K Jaiswal reserved order on the review petition filed by CBI against the decision of a lower court to transfer the case to a sessions court in Harda.
Durgesh was killed under mysterious circumstances following a shootout at a farm house in Harda in March 2008 and CBI had been handed over the case on the order of Madhya Pradesh High Court, following a petition filed by Durgesh's father.
