Rubbishing reports that he has coaxed four suspended Trinamool Congress MLAs in the Manipur Assembly to join BJP, out-of-favour party MP Mukul Roy today brushed aside a suggestion of TMC allegedly hatching a conspiracy against him saying it was yet to "got the capacity" for that.
TMC, on the other hand, refused to attach any importance to Roy's claims with the party MP Derek O'Brien saying "ignore".
"Ignore", O'Brien told PTI when his reaction was sought on Roy's assertion that the party "did not have the capacity to launch conspiracy against him."

"I deny it (of allegedly to poach). They (TMC leadership) have not asked me anything also in this regard," Roy said commenting on media reports that he has coaxed four suspended party members in the Manipur Assembly to join BJP.
O'Brien, however, admitted he has received a complaint from Manipur party president Th Shyamkumar alleging that Roy has been coaxing suspended party MLAs to join BJP.
Meanwhile, Roy welcomed party chief Mamata Banerjee's decision to hand over the investigations of the Ranaghat incident of rape of a nun earlier this month to CBI but criticised the performance of the central agency as "not good".
"CBI will probe the matter accordingly... We had sought a CBI inquiry in Nandigram firing, in the Chhoto Angaria massacre and in other cases also but the performance of CBI is not good," he said.
