The universe of "American Horror Story" has always been interconnected but show creator Ryan Murphy wants to take it further by doing a crossover for "Murder House" and "Coven".
The anthology's co-creator says he has been thinking about taking the story of season one and three forward in a new season, reported the Entertainment Weekly.
"There will be characters from 'Murder House' and characters from 'Coven' together," he said.

However, the crossover will not happen in the next season, which has already been greenlit. Plus, the actors are also busy.
"I've (already) started going to actors from both of the seasons, quietly, saying, 'I think in this window, if you could fit us in,'. So yeah, it's fun. It's weird."
The crossover will allow previous "American Horror Story" veterans like Dylan McDermott, Kate Mara, Alexandra Breckenridge, Zachary Quinto, Gabourey Sidibe and Jessica Lange to return.
