A cylindrical object which fell from the sky at a village in the district caused a flutter.
Officials after preliminary examination of the object, seen falling down by residents of Koothampoondi, said it could be part of a rocket. It looked like a fuel tank of the rocket.
"The object is being examined. We will know about the exact details after the examination is over," district officials said.
