NCP campaign to start off on Sep 6

NCP supremo Sharad Pawar will launch his party's campaign for the coming Maharashtra assembly elections on September 6 at Y B Chavan Centre in south Mumbai, the party said here today.

The party would publish 'Wheel of Progress', a booklet highlighting its achievements on this occasion.

"After the function in Mumbai, similar launch functions would be held at Kolhapur, Nashik and Aurangabad," said Nawab Malik, party spokesman.

NCP's partner in the ruling coalition, Congress launched its campaign yesterday.
