Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and BJP leader Sodan Singh today asked first time MLAs to maintain a better coordination with "Satta and Sangathan" as it would show their better personality as public representative.
Speaking on the concluding day of a three-day BJP MLAs' training programme here, party's Rashtriya Sah-Sangathan General Secretary Sodan Singh said, how better you (MLA) keep liaison with organisation and government, will reflect in your personality because BJP was taking a collective decision on every developmental matter.
"Your work is not to interfere in Sangathan's functioning, but you (MLAs) have to serve the public so that the coordination between the two could prevail transparently," he further stressed.

In her concluding remarks, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said there was a major difference between the Congress and the BJP as the latter run on a feeling of "parivar" (family) while the Congress lacked it.
"We have to live and work together...Excusing each others gile shikvey (hard feelings). This kind of chintan (introspection) was necessary for every one specially those new MLAs who won first time in assembly," she said.
"We (MLAs) have to make use of maximum time...Follow time management....Win the confidence of public...The congress was not proving its mettle for winning public confidence and faith hence it was sitting outside...Therefore BJP has been given opportunity to serve people of all sectors," she said.
"I anticipate similar training camps be organised for first timer MPs and other public representatives of panchayats and civic bodies," she opined.
Avinash Khanna, incharge of party's affairs in Rajasthan, said every new MLA should keep personal contacts with party workers and public, and mix up with them as a family member.
