Neil Patrick Harris gushes over husband on his 42nd birthday

Actor Neil Patrick Husband decided to shower his love for husband David Burtka through a love-filled Instagram post as his partner of three years turned 42.

The "How I Met Your Mother" star shared an adorable family picture on his photo-video sharing website account and opened about how much he love his husband.

"Happy Birthday, David. You're the most glorious husband/father/person I've ever had the pleasure of knowing," the 43-year-old actor wrote.

"My love and appreciation for you is immeasurable. May this be your best year yet! xoxo @dbelicious."

The photo captured Burtka gazing down at his candlelit birthday cake as the couple's two children - Harper Grace and Gideon Scott, both six - sat beside their father, waiting for him to make a wish.
