Neil Patrick Harris, Lupita Nyong'o flub on Oscar stage

The glittering 87th Academy Awards ceremony had its share of goof ups with host Neil Patrick Harris stumbling over the names of some of this year's presenters, besides Lupita Nyong'o's tongue slip moment on stage.
Harris, 41, opened up the Oscars with a magnificent song and dance number. However, he flubbed the name of 2014 Oscar nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor's name multiple times while introducing him to the Dolby Theatre stage.
"Ladies and gentlemen: As Nicole Kidman, Chiwe-del Ejifor," Harris said, blundering the "12 Years a Slave" actor's name.

"Chiwe-Tell Ejiofor," he continued, before finally getting the British star's name correct. "Chiwetel Ejiofor and Nicole Kidman!" Harris noted.
Harris later made fun of himself for stumbling over the actor's name while introducing Marion Cotillard to the stage. He described the best actress nominee as someone "who knows the proper way to pronounce "escar-gets."
Besides Ejiofor, Harris also messed up the names of numerous stars during the ceremony. He blundered the last name of "Selma" actor David Oyelowo, as well as the name of "Wolf of Wall Street" actress Margot Robbie.
Nyong'o, 31, last year's winner, had her oops moment on stage when she was presenting the best actor in a supporting role Oscar to JK Simmons for his role in "Whiplash".
Before announcing Simmons' name, Nyong'o said, "The actor goes to". She quickly corrected herself saying, "Sorry, the Oscar goes to.
