Neil Young releases title song from lost album 'Hitchhiker'

Singer Neil Young has finally released the title song from his album 'Hitchhiker', which has seen the light of day after 40 years.
The 71-year-old musician had recorded the solo acoustic LP in a single session at Indigo Ranch Studios in Malibu in 1976.
Although most of the 10 songs, which includes the title number, which was a part of Young's 2010 LP 'Le Noise' - eventually released in some format, the album never came out in a wholesome capacity, reported Billboard.

Now, 'Hitchhiker' will be finally out and will feature new post-production from Young's recent collaborator John Hanlon.
The long-lost collection will release on September 8 and will also have previously unreleased songs "Hawaii" and "Give Me Strength" on it.
