New ADC for TN Guv Purohit

The Tamil Nadu government today named IPS officer Deshmukh Shekhar Sanjay as Aide-de-camp to the Governor Banwarilal Purohit.

Sanjay, superintendent of police, Nagapattinam District has been transferred and posted as SP/Aide-de-Camp to Purohit replacing M Durai, a Home Department notification said.

In January this year, Durai, who was then superintendent of police, Kaniyakumari district, was posted as SP/aide-de-camp to the governor.
