Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh today met his predecessor Sharad Pawar.
Singh met Pawar at the latter's residence and their meeting went on for about one hour, sources said.
They added that it was a courtesy call by Singh.
Singh is a first time Union Minister. He has been given the charge of Agriculture Ministry, which was earlier held by Pawar in UPA government for two terms.
Pawar had announced that he would not contest 2014 elections.
