New CIC in Mizoram
Lalduhthlana Ralte was today
sworn-in as Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of Mizoram Information Commission which has been has been without a CIC since August.
Governor Lt General (Retd) Nirbhay Sharma administered the oath of office to Ralte, a retired Indian Foreign Service officer at the Raj Bhavan here in the presence of Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla, cabinet members, parliamentary secretaries, legislators and top government officials.
Appointed as the fourth CIC, Ralte succeeded Laldingliana.
