Newly married man kills self

A newly married man allegedly committed suicide by leaping before a running train near here today, police said.

35-year old Mathiayazhagan, who got married only three days ago, along with his wife was staying in the house of his sister.

He got up early this morning and leaped before the Tirunelveli-Erode passenger train, police said adding the reason for his extreme action was not known.
