Next of kin of those killed in clash gets Rs 2L compensation

The next of kin of three persons killed in the clash in West Bengal's Birbhum district were today given a compensation of Rs 2 lakh by the state government which also distributed relief in Makra village, officials said.
The officials from district administration handed over the cheques to the next of kin of three persons killed in clash in Makra village on October 27.
Three truck load of relief materials were distributed among the people of Makra village.
A BJP delegation led by Tathagata Ray which went to Makra village to distribute relief materials given by the party was not allowed entry into the village.
