Night curfew extended in Barmer district
The night curfew in border areas in the district has been extended by another two months to check smuggling and infiltration from Pakistan.
District Collector Poonam extended the night curfew under section 144 of CrPC.
No one will be allowed to enter into the area without permission from 7 PM to 6 AM, a release said.
Extension of the night curfew is a routine process in the border districts.
