Kushwaha said Friday that there is no environment for development of human resource in as it lacked quality

"There is shortage of quality teachers at government schools, colleges and universities as a result of which quality is being hampered in the state," Kushwaha told reporters here at his party office.

Kushwaha, the for Human Resource Development, said that his party has launched several social programmes to create awareness among the masses for their participation in improving the education system.

"There are teachers in large numbers in the state who cannot provide quality education and hence such teachers should be transferred to some other departments," Kushwaha said while asking the to implement his party's demands for betterment of education sector, especially government institutions in the state.

"We have made certain demands to the for improving education system in the state. Apart from transferring the inefficient teachers, the government should recruit teachers through competitive examination which should be either held by or similar body created solely for the purpose," he said.

"At present, there is no environment for teaching as neither children nor teachers come to school...It requires complete reforms to improve the lot in government schools for which the state government needs to pay heed to our demands," Kushwaha said.
