NRHM scam: HC reserves order on bail plea of Pradeep Shukla

The Allahabad High Court today reserved judgement on a bail plea of senior IAS officer Pradeep Shukla, who is in jail in connection with the multi-crore NRHM scam.

Justice Shashi Kant Gupta reserved order on the bail plea of Shukla, who was formerly the Principal Secretary (Health) of the state.

Shukla had claimed that he was falsely implicated in the case relating to alleged irregularities in implementation of National Rural Health Mission in the state.
