Odisha DA hike

The Odisha government

today announced an increase in the dearness allowance by seven per cent for its employees and pensioners.

The announcement was made by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. He said the new DA woukd be implemented with retrospective effect from July 1, 2016.

Approximately four lakh state government employees and three lakh pensioners will be benefitted with the recent hike in the dearness allowance, an official release said.
