One held for bomb threat

One person was today arrested for allegedly threatening recently that a bomb would explode at Ranganathaswamy temple and Srirangam railway station.

Police who received the complaint about the anonymous threat through a letter, arrested N.Muruganandam of T.Vaalavanur near Lalgudi in this district.

Muruganandham was running a photo studio locally.

The reason for his act is under investigation, police said.
