One person was arrested today in connection with a kidnapping-cum-murder of an eight-year-old in Khyala area of West Delhi, police said.
According to police, Gian Chand (35) was previously involved in many criminal cases and was arrested in 1995 and had spent six and half years.
The arrest was made after a resident of Khyala registered a complaint with police that his daughter had gone missing.
