One killed in clash, four others injured

The trouble started when one group objected to attempts by another to extract money from the shopkeepers at a three-day-long mela in the village leading to firing in which Shiv Bahadur (30) was killed, police said.

The injured have been admitted to the district hospital from where one has been referred to Lucknow, police said, adding that a hunt was on to nab 12 people involved in the incident.
