One murdered in Kishtwar

A man was allegedly murdered by one of his colleagues when they entered some verbal duel in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir today.

The victim was identified as Nisar Ahmed, a resident of Hullar in the district, police said.

They said that the accused, identified as Imtiaz, used a sharp-edged weapon to attack the victim who died on the spot.

A case has been registered and manhunt has been launched to nab the culprit, who is still at large, police added.
