OP Munjal's wife passes away

Sudarshan Munjal, wife of Om Prakash Munjal, CMD of Hero Cycles, today passed away in the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital here after a brief illness here.

She was 85.

Besides husband, she left behind one son and four daughters (all married).

She was cremated at Model Town Ext. Cremation ground this evening. Pankaj Munjal lit the pyre of his mother.

A large number of industrialists including Brij Mohan Munjal, Chairman, Hero MotoCorp, Trident's Rajinder Gupta, Vardhman's S P Oswal and some senior public men were present on the occasion.
