Osmania varsity Prof held for "harassing" female students

An Assistant Professor of the city-based Osmania University (OU) has been arrested on the charge of harassing female students, police said today.

Shiv Shankar was nabbed two days ago by the sleuths of Central Crime Station, a wing of Hyderabad Police.

He would get friendly with female students and then harass them, a senior police officer said.
