Over 6 kg gold seized

Over six kg of gold, valued

approximately at Rs 1.80 crore, was today seized from different areas at the Karipur International Airport here.

Air Customs Intelligence seized four kg of gold from inside a lift fan and another 2.232 kg gold from under an escalator, Customs officials said.

Investigation is on and CCTV footage would be verified to get the relevant information, they said.
