Pak-origin mortar, ammunition recovered in J&K's Kishtwar

Army troops today recovered a Pak-origin mortar among a cache of arms and ammunition in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Acting on a tip off, the Rashtriya Rifle troops launched a search operation in Berna area of Kishtwar and recovered the arms and ammunition, PRO Defence S N Acharya said

One 60-mm Pak origin mortar, two Under Barrel Grenade Launchers, country-made pistol and a rocket-propelled grenade with wooden frame were recovered from the site, Acharya said.
