Parsvnath Developers posts Rs 28cr net loss in Oct-Dec quarter

Realty firm Parsvnath Developers reported widening of net loss to Rs 27.95 crore for the quarter ended December.

Its net loss stood at Rs 15.06 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Total income also fell to Rs 22.43 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 60.90 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Parsvnath is currently developing 52 million sq ft area and has a land bank of over 100 million sq ft.

It has completed 65 projects covering 30.76 million sq ft.
