Actress Paula Patton has posted a message on Instagram four days after breaking off with husband of nine years, Robin Thicke.
38-year-old Patton, mother of son Julian, 3, has uploaded a photo with a message saying everything happens for a reason, reported Contactmusic.
"Everything happens for a reason. If you love something let it go, if it comes back it's yours, if it doesn't, it never was, and it's not meant to be," reads her message.
The couple on February 24 issued a join statement announcing that they "mutually" decided to separate after nine years of marriage.
