Petrochemical complex will create jobs: AP CM

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today announced that the petrochemical complex which would come up here with the investment of Rs 35,000 crore would create a lot of employment opportunities for the local educated youths.

Naidu was speaking after flagging off 'Swachha Andhra Pradesh' campaign here.

The petrochemical complex will change the economy of entire East Godavari district, he said.

He alleged that the opposition parties were trying to create hurdles in the way of every project to gain political mileage, may it be the capital city Amaravathi or the Pattiseema project.

He was determined to go ahead with all developmental projects, he said.
 

Naidu reiterated commitment made in the election manifesto that Kapu community would be provided reservations.

Referring to a request made by Kakinada MLA Kondabau, the CM said a third road bridge across Upputeru in the city would be sanctioned soon.
