State-run Power Finance Corporation (PFC) today said its board will meet next week to consider interim dividend for the ongoing fiscal.
"A meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on December 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16," the company said in a regulatory filing.
PFC, an infrastructure finance company, is engaged in providing financial assistance to state power utilities for meeting the financing and development requirements of the power sector.
