Pic purportedly showing minister urinating at public place goes viral

A photograph, purportedly showing Rajasthan Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf urinating on awall at the Jhalana bypass, went viral on the internet.

The minister, however, has not responded on the issue.

Even as the minister stayed silent several users made sarcastic comments about the picture which comes at a time when the Jaipur Municipal Corporation, as part of a cleanliness drive, is penalising people for urinating in public.

Recently, a fine of Rs 200 was imposed by corporation on a man for urinating in open.

According to reports, the photograph was clicked on Tuesday with the man urinating on the wall stated to be the minister.
