PLFI militant held with explosives in Jharkhand

One militant of ultra outfit People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) was today arrested and some explosives were recovered from him at Gandekadah in Maoist-hit West Singhbhum district, police said.
Acting on a tip-off that a hardcore PLFI ultra Niral Topno, who was suffering with malaria has taken shelter in the village, security personnel conducted a raid and arrested another militant Sanichar Surin from his house, Superintendent of Police N K Singh said.
Topno, who had taken shelter in Surin's house, managed to escape, he said.
Singh said explosive powder of one kg each in yellow and while colour and PLFI uniform were recovered from the spot.
