Police arrest corporation employee while taking bribe
A city Corporation employee was arrested today for allegedly taking Rs.1500 as bribe from a woman for providing assistance under the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Wedding Assistance Scheme, police said.
On a complaint from the womam, Manonmani was arrested while accepting bribe, they said.
