Police today arrested two persons for allegedly peddling drugs and seized 21 kgs of poppy from them, an official said.
Acting on a tip-off, police interrogated two pedestrians carrying bags at Jeevan Nagar Chowk in the city today, the police official said.
"After seeing the police party, they tried to run but were apprehended," he said. A case was registered against the duo under relevant sections of the IPC.
