Police today claimed to have busted a gang of inter-district robbers with the arrest of ten persons.
Fatehgarh Sahib SSP Gurmit Singh Chauhan said a probe into the gang began during investigation of a terrorist module busted by police on September 6.
The accused have been identified as Lovejit Singh, Avtar Singh, Sandeep Singh, Mandeep Singh, Amrik Singh, Daljit Singh, Ajmer Singh, Balwan Singh, Satnam Singh and Lakhbir Singh.
They were involved in several case of murder and robbery, the SSP said.
All the accused were arrested from different parts of the district following the interrogation of seven alleged terrorist on September 6.
