Police official killed in mishap

A police official was killed and two constables were injured when a jeep they were patrolling in collided with a truck near Peepli village here, police said today.

The incident occurred last night when Shivlal, Circle officer of Rishabhdev, was returning from his duty along with two constables, they said.

While the CO died on the spot, the two constables were injured and are being treated at a hospital, police added.
