: Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamygreeted film actor Rajinikanth on his 68th birthday today.

In his twitter handle, the Chief Minister said, 'Hearty congratulations to Rajinikanth, the super star, on his birthday.'.

Describing the actor as a 'great person in the cine field,' Narayanasamy said Rajini is a person of humane qualities and has concern for the poor and the needy.

''He (Rajinikanth) has made history by acting in movies in several languages. I wish him all the best,'', he said.
