A powerful improvised explosive device weighing more than three kg was found this morning by 26 Assam Rifles personnel from beneath a culvert in Manipur's Thoubal district.
Police said the bomb was founa along Heirok - Khanarok road.
It was later diffused in a safe place by bomb experts of Manipur police, police added.
