Fertiliser firm MCFL today said Pratap Narayan has withdrawn his resignation from its board and will continue to be an independent director in the company.
Narayan has withdrawn his resignation after resigning from the post on March 7.
"...Pratap Narayan, an Independent Director, who had submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (MCFL) has withdrawn the same and accordingly he will continue to be on the Board of Directors and as member / Chairman of various committees of the Board," the company said in a regulatory filing.
MCFL has a plant near Mangalore port with an annual capacity to produce about four lakh tonnes of urea.
