President Pranab Mukherjee will preside over the two-day conference of Governors from February 13 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
This is the 45th Governors' Conference and the second such conference to be presided over by the President, a statement from Press Secretary Venu Rajamony said.
The conference will be attended by 30 Governors and Lt Governors of the States and Union Territories.
"The Prime Minister, Union Ministers of Defence, Finance, Home Affairs, Law and Justice, External Affairs, Tribal Affairs, Human Resource Development, Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission and Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region will participate in the two-day deliberations," it said.
