President to visit Rajasthan

President Pranab Mukherjee would be in Rajasthan on a two-day visit beginning July 9.

Mukherjee will be the chief guest in convocation functions in Central University - Ajmer on July 9, MNIT Jaipur and IIT Jodhpur on July 10.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today reviewed the arrangements for President's visit and directed officials to complete all the preparations in a time bound manner.

Officers briefed the CM about the arrangements.

Chief Secretary C K Mathew, DGP Harish Meena, ACS G S Sandhu and other senior officers were present in the meeting, according to a spokesperson.
