The Goa Juvenile Justice Board will decide on Thursday the police plea for a lie detector test on a minor boy who has been made a key witness in the death of a priest allegedly under mysterious circumstances.
The Board will pronounce its order on December 17, a senior police officer said today.
Fr Bismarck Dias, part of almost all environment protection movements in the coastal state, was found dead in a river at his village St Estevam, near Panaji on November 6.
