Priest loots cash and valuables from 'math'

A priest allegedly stole valuables and over two lakh rupees in cash from a religious place here, police said today.

The accused, identified as Rakesh stole ornaments and Rs 2,50,000 in cash from Godia Math at Shukertal yesterday.

A case was lodged by the owner of the math yesterday and a manhunt is on to trace him, they added.
