Miraya Vadra, daughter of Congress leader Priyanka Vadra, is participating in the 42nd sub junior national basketball championship tournament now in progress at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium here.
She was part of the Haryana team that played against Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu defeated Haryana 80-58.

Basketball Association sources told PTI that Priyanka Vadra who had accompanied her daughter to Puducherry was staying in a private guest house and was not present in the stadium when her daughter was playing.
She, along with her daughter and son, had come to Puducherry yesterday.
Basketball Association sources said that there was tight police security at the venue of the tournament.
