A Prohibition and Excise inspector was arrested while allegedly taking bribe in Telangana's Karimnagar district, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials said today.
T Laxman Goud, posted at Metpally in Karimnagar was caught red-handed by ACB Officials at his office yesterday while accepting Rs 45,000 as bribe from the complainant, an ACB release said.
Goud was arrested after recovery of the bribe amount, it added.
