at: East: Would occur at isolated places in Odisha; may occur at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic west Bengal, Jharkhand, and mainly dry weather would prevail in Sub-Himalayan west Bengal, Sikkim and Bihar.
