PWD Engineer arrested for accepting bribe

Girish Kumar Jhamb, executive engineer of PWD, posted in Paonta Division was caught red-handed in his office this evening by anti-corruption bureau officials while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 3,000 from a local contractor for signing an indent for the release of cement for the work awarded to him, officials said.
