Raghubar Das congratulates Army for operation across LoC
Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today congratulated the Army for its surgical operation across the LoC.
He said Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister who takes decisions at the right time, an official release said.
He appealed to all political parties to show unity in this time.
