Rahul Gandhi to host Iftar on June 13

After a gap of two years, the has decided to hold on June 13 with playing host to a galaxy of leaders who are likely to attend the event.

In opposition former Congress chief played host until the party decided to skip the event in 2016 and 2017.

The resumption of Iftar comes at a time when the Congress is seen to be pursuing a policy of soft Hindutva as evidenced in Rahul Gandhi's several recent temple visits.
