Rain, thunderstorm very likely in parts of UP tomorrow: Met dept

Rain or thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds is very likely at isolated places in Uttar Pradesh tomorrow, the meteorological department said.

On Tuesday, the day temperatures were above normal in Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Faizabad, Allahabad, Kanpur, Bareilly and Jhansi divisions, it said.

Fatehgarh recorded the highest temperature in the state at 43.5 degree Celsius.
